Susannah Owen has returned to the Irvington Library to help start your day right.

Susannah’s classes are simple, accessible, breath-based and heart-centered. She teaches a slow flow class based on mindfulness and deep listening to the body. Her goal is for students to feel calm, clear and more connected to their bodies and the world around them.

Registration is not required – just walk in! – but you must bring your own yoga mat. This class is free and in-person. Classes resume in February on Wednesdays at 2 PM, beginning February 8. See our calendar for more information.
